Have any questions?

The best place to start is with our Introduction to Aerial Arts 4-week Course. The course runs over 4 consecutive weeks with an hour class each week to try out all of our core aerial apparatus (hammock, Lyra, trapeze & silks), and to learn what it feels like to get upside down! Once you have completed your course, you can continue into the Hammock/Lyra/Silks/Trapeze Skills or Mixed Aerials classes. For beginners who can’t make the Intro to Aerial Arts Course times, you can book into the L1 Mixed Aerials, Hammock + Silks Skills class or book a private session. Experienced students can book any class based on skill level.

Please wear leggings to all aerial classes to protect your legs. For hammock and silks, t-shirts covering underarms and/or singlets covering waist are recommended for hygiene and to help prevent fabric burns. Socks are also required for ALL aerial hammock classes.

Classes are booked through our client management system Punchpass, which is integrated with Stripe for payment processing. You will need to create an account and agree to our customer terms & conditions prior to payment and booking into class.

No! The exciting thing about The Aerial Body is that once you have completed your intro course, you can pick and choose which class/classes you would like to attend each week. For example, you might decide to do L1 Lyra Skills one week and then L1 Silks Skills the week after.

Please contact us via email: [email protected] for any issues with payments and booking into classes. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

Open training is a self-led session available to students wishing to work on skills or routines learned in class. The apparatus will be set up for you and there will be a maximum of 2 students per point. Students are expected to only work on skills that that they are competent with, and to not teach themselves or each other new skills.
